Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of handcrafted sourdough, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the bread has been baked and dispatched.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong loaf or if the packaging is severely damaged upon arrival, please take a photo and WhatsApp us at +971 50 923 6842 within 2 hours of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement on our next baking day or a store credit.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled baking day. Once the "fermentation process" has begun, we can no longer cancel the order.

  • Taste Preference: Sourdough is unique! We do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences regarding the "tanginess" or "darkness" of the crust.
