How long does it take to process an order?
We bake to order to ensure your bread and cakes are as fresh as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once your product leaves the oven and cools, it’s headed straight to your door.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We do our best to accommodate your schedule. While we cannot guarantee an exact minute due to Dubai’s ever-changing traffic, we offer general delivery windows (e.g., Morning or Afternoon) to suit your plans.

Our Route: To ensure every customer receives their bread at peak freshness, our drivers follow a optimized route across the city.
Doorstep Drop-off: If you aren't home, just let us know! We can leave your order with your building’s security or at your doorstep to ensure you still get your daily bread.
Do you ship only in Dubai?
Yes for now. We are currently focusing all our energy on providing the crispest crusts and zesty lemon cakes to our neighbors right here in Dubai. This allows us to guarantee that "just-baked" quality every single time.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal bakes, we generally cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Can I pick up my order directly from the bakery?
We are currently a delivery-only bakery. By focusing exclusively on delivery, we ensure that every product is baked, packed, and sent straight to your doorstep at the peak of freshness. Think of us as your personal neighborhood baker, minus the commute!
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. Because we bake our products fresh to order, our team begins prepping your dough and batter shortly after your request comes in.
To Cancel: Please contact us immediately via contact form or whatsapp with your order number.
After 2 Hours: Once the baking process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
What should I do if my delivery hasn't arrived?
Your fresh bake is our priority. While we strive for perfect timing across Dubai, occasionally the city's traffic or gate security can cause a slight delay.
Check Your Notifications: Please ensure you haven’t received a delivery update or a "missed delivery" message from our courier.
Gate & Reception: Double-check with your building’s security or reception, as many Dubai residences require couriers to leave packages there.
Contact Us Immediately: If your delivery window has passed and your order is still missing, please reach out via whatsapp with your order number.
Our Guarantee: If an order is lost or significantly delayed due to our logistics, we will provide a fresh replacement or a full refund.
